We use RC Loot council for loot sharing for both heroic and mythic raids, Even if you need your own loot the council team decides who will get that item which depends on your attendance and performance, By any chance if you use the loot before getting rewarded by council team you will get kicked instant.

Are you able to be a tilt proof person for progress?

We need to clarify that if you get loot from the guild you must attend to all guild raids, You can not leave during progress or stop progressing due to your personal activities such as boosting! I agree
